\nIn the shadows of the land of the free
\nEver upward,\u00a0 ever onward
\nThe march of progress over the cliffs
\nWhitewash the walls and the halls of the damned
\nThere are no problems here
\n(So says the voice behind the curtain)
\nEverything is what you make it
\n(According to the not-so-self-made men)
\nPaving the way for a brighter world
\nOver the broken and beaten
\nCan\u2019t keep up?
\nThat\u2019s just the way it is
\nThe spectres of Rand and Reagan laughing
\nBeating the drums of the Objectivist parade
\nRight down Main Street
\nCome join the party
\nAll shiny and self-absorbed
\nWhy worry about the next in line?
\nWhy stop and think about the fallout?
\nConsequences are for chumps
\nSocial contracts are for leeches
\nThe world is your playground
\nThe toys only for the strong enough to take them
\nMake sure to knock the \u201cother\u201d\u00a0 kids down when you swing<\/p>\n
